Darwin's Salzburg – The perfect spot for a break during a city trip

We spent a day in Salzburg and explored the city – among other things, we ended up at Darwin's Salzburg and enjoyed a really delicious white wine.

During our holiday in Austria/Bavaria, we made a stop in Salzburg and went on a walking tour – with a spontaneous stop at Darwin's Salzburg.

First off – we would definitely come back here. The bar is located almost directly on the Salzach river and offers wine and beer in addition to cocktails. However, we opted for the white wine they had on offer.

We had the table directly to the right of the window, and it's worth mentioning that this space was quite cramped – which, of course, didn't dampen our spirits. We opted for two Austrian white wines – if we knew the exact name of each one, we could recommend it here – so you'll just have to try your way through the wine list…

The service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall, Darwin's Salzburg is a small, cozy bar that's definitely worth a visit!
