This spot strongly reminded us of the desert landscape and the Narrows. Ideal for some impressive photos in the style of Instagram influencers; a must-see for tourists and anyone interested in local nature.
Hiking is a must, even on an island, so we chose a tranquil "mountain" and planned a leisurely afternoon hike. At the time, however, we didn't know that it was one of the highest mountains on Lanzarote—to be precise, the fifth highest on the island.
It's Wednesday, April 19, 2023, and we're looking forward to our little trip to Lanzarote. Our flight isn't until the next day, so we want to take it easy on the drive to Cologne airport and have booked a hotel for the night. But somehow, things don't quite go as planned, and the next few hours really test our patience.
